The Yukon Beckons Once More
Starting August 8, 2025, we’re embarking on a 19-day wilderness canoe trip through the Wind and Peel Rivers—remote, rugged, and wild. Our journey begins with a float plane from Mayo to McClusky Lake, where we’ll launch our canoe and paddle to Taco Bar, our pickup point just below the Arctic Circle. Along the way, we’ll hike the surrounding mountains and plains, immersing ourselves in the raw beauty of the land. Completely off the grid, we’re hoping for unforgettable encounters with wildlife and the kind of solitude only the Yukon can offer.
